The sixteenth CANopen-Lift PlugFest took place in Nuremberg on 13 + 14 March 2018. The host of the PlugFest was once again the CiA. Due to the many participants the PlugFest had to take place in a large conference room again.

The sixteenth CANopen-Lift PlugFest took place in Nuremberg on 13 + 14 March 2018. The host of the PlugFest was once again the CiA. Due to the many participants the PlugFest had to take place in a large conference room again.

Participants from 10 nations - Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Spain and the USA - were present at this meeting.

The main focus of the meeting was in:

  • Testing new equipment,
  • Testing the safety position encoders (PSUs),
  • Tests of the function 'Next Stop'

The next CANopen Lift PlugFest is planned for September 2018 at the CiA in Nuremberg.
