To review the interoperability of the CANopen assemblies the 18th [[CANopen Lift PlugFest - 2019-05|CANopen-Lift PlugFest]] will take place in Nuremberg on '''8th Mai 2019'''.
To check the interoperability of the CANopen modules, regular CANopen-Lift PlugFests were carried out. Due to the corona pandemic, no PlugFests can be held at present. Tests are carried out directly between individual manufacturers.

The main topics of the next PlugFest are, among others, the test of the functions in the current version 2.3 and the coming version 2.4:
* testing general interoperability (Lift controller versus other CANopen lift devices),
* testing load measurement,
* testing energy saving and the energy measuring functions,
* testing 'Position Supervisor Unit' functionality (as far as implemented).

The CiA will send the invitations to the members of the lift group. If you are interested in the test of your components at one of the next PlugFests please contact CiA and send the current EDS files of the devices you wish to be tested.
