The CANopen Special Marketing group met on March the 6th 2012 at the Tecnische Akademie of Heilbronn.

On July 3rd 2013 the CANopen Special Interest Group Lift met in Nuremberg. At the beginning the results from PlugFest of the day before were discussed. In the coming months procedures to standardize the tests are to be worked out. The main focus of the meeting was the editing of the current specification version 2.2 and the new functions in the upcoming version. In the end [[Jörg Hellmich]] elaborated on the current marketing activities of the [[MG Lift]].
The next meeting is scheduled for December 4th 2013 in Nuremberg again.


Main points of the reunion were the creation of a video to substitute the CANopen Lift Demonstrator in small events,the possibility of contacting international lift organisations to see if they are interested in any cooperation with CiA and the constant update of the new CAN Newsletter. The participants were kindly asked to send technical articles to the CiA for the mentioned Newsletter.

The next meeting of the [[Special Marketing Group Lift|SMG Lift]] is planned for next Autumn 2013. The Agenda includes: activities in 2013 and the preparation of Interlift 2013.

On July 3rd 2013 the CANopen Special Interest Group Lift met in Nuremberg. At the beginning the results from PlugFest of the day before were discussed.
