On the 4th of August, 2016, the corporations Böhnke + Partners, Cedes, ELFIN, ELGO, Intec., Klinkhammer and Kollmorgen met to revise the definition of the new virtual device [[Position Supervisor Unit]], which offers the possibility to safely evaluate the position and speed of lifts.
Am 4. August trafen sich die Firmen Böhnke + Partner, Cedes, ELFIN, ELGO, Intec, Klinkhammer und Kollmorgen bei der Fa. Böhnke + Partner, um die Definition des neuen virtuellen Gerätes [[Position Supervisor Unit]] zur sicheren Auswertung der Position + Geschwindigkeit von Aufzügen zu überarbeiten.

The description had been handed in as a draft to the CiA, and some manufacturers already started the implementation. The new functions are planned to be tested during the next PlugFest on the 6th of September; possible improvements can then be implemented into the current specification.
 
 
Die Beschreibung wurde als Proposal bei der CiA eingereicht und einige Hersteller haben bereits mit der Implementierung begonnen. Die neuen Funktionen sollen bereits beim kommenden PlugFest am 6. On the 4th of August, 2016, the corporations Böhnke + Partners, Cedes, ELFIN, ELGO, Intec., Klinkhammer and Kollmorgen met to revise the definition of the new virtual device Position Supervisor Unit, which offers the possibility to safely evaluate the position and speed of lifts. The description had been handed in as a draft to the CiA, and some manufacturers already started the implementation. The new functions are planned to be tested during the next PlugFest on the 6th of September; possible improvements can then be implemented into the current specification.
